Job Description

  • Associates Degree preferred with 3 years of Claims or Learning & Development experience, or a combination of both

  • General understanding of Claims organization

  • Proficient with modern technology, grasps new tools quickly and acts as a technology champion

  • Able to improvise to overcome technical/logistical issues ? has a plan B and often a plan C

  • Demonstrate virtual intuition ? reads virtual body language well to increase learner engagement

  • Demonstrate high energy and engagement in a fast-paced training environment

  • Reliable and present in virtual and in-classroom sessions

  • Ability to communicate effectively

  • Detail oriented

  • Proficiency with MS Office??

  • Ability to be agile, flexible, and creative

  • Possesses basic working knowledge of Claims processes, policies, and procedures

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
