Reports to the Senior Director of Human Resources.
Lead and Manage the HR Operations team.
Scope of responsibilities include new associate on-boarding including background check administration, offer letters, coordination of facilities and training. Employee event system changes such as promotions, pay increases ect.
Process improvement. Analyze all aspects of the HR function for application in SAP. How can he system make the process more efficient
Eliminate process or systems redundancies.
Provide HR Related Matrix and Reporting
Work directly with other HR leaders and centers of excellent including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits.
Supervise 2 HR Administrators and one HRIS Analyst.
Help to create a scale-able HR function in conjunction with the Senior Director of HR and the CHRO.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
5
years as an HRIS lead analyst or manager with expert level experience in SAP - HRIS
Ability to analyze process flow within all areas of HR and experience designing more efficient process.
BA or equivalent
Advanced reporting skills in Excel, Access and SAP Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
