This firm is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Insurance and Financial Services Team Member to develop lead, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. The firm seeks an energetic professional interested in helping business grow through value based conversations and remarkable customer experience. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. Use a customer focused, needs based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day. The incumbent will receive; salary plus commission/bonus, valuable experience, growth potential/opportunity for advancement within the office.
Requirements
Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) is preferred. The incumbent must be able to obtain property & casualty license and life & health license. Spanish, Korean and Mandarin spoken are preferred. Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas is preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, written, verbal and listening is required. Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams. The incumbent is also asked to be people oriented, self motivated, detail oriented, able to learn computer functions, ability to work in a team environment, ability to multi task, experienced in a variety of computer applications, particularly Windows. Also the incumbent will have to achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals and provide timely and thorough activity reports to agent.
