Customer Service Negotiator or Soft Collections - NEEDED!!!

Fully engages Customers, resolves outstanding payment negotiations to keep flow of business. Responds to inquiries concerning third party appraisal transactions, products, services, fees,?billing errors, payments, or any other appraisal or related request. Utilizes branded sales, listening and negotiation techniques when responding to? Real Estate Appraisal requests and actively working to negotiate best deal for both third party appraisers and our organization. Has authority to fully satisfy the Appraiser in a respectful manner, using a sound and?reasonable decision making process. Agents may be required to handle calls from multiple skill channels. Work is performed under general supervision.

1. Excellent communication, negotiation, problem solving and sales skills?
2. Have a clear understanding of the protection product features and benefits?
3. Must provide excellent Customer service to both internal as well as external Customers
?4. Ability to work in a fast paced, goal oriented environment
?5. Must be flexible and adaptable to changing business needs?
6. Must have some negotiation background; soft collections, negotiating real estate or financial transactions, debt negotiation.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
