SUMMARY Join our enthusiastic team as a Summer Camp Counselor at our vibrant aquatic facility, where every day is filled with adventure and laughter! As a counselor, you'll lead and supervise campers in a variety of activities, including swimming, games, and educational sessions.
Your responsibilities will include ensuring the safety of campers in and around the water, organizing engaging group activities, and fostering a supportive and inclusive camp environment.
This role offers the chance to inspire and mentor young campers, develop leadership skills, and create lasting memories in a fun and dynamic setting.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES Ensure the safety of all camp participants by enforcing the guidelines established by the Camp Director Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate care as needed Communicate and cooperate with Camp Directors and other management teams Organize and set up camp activities Model enthusiasm and positivity at all times Supervise groups of children- age varies from 4-15 years old Provide feedback, or appropriate discipline, to camp participants Establish professional relationships with camp participants, community residents, and co-workers Assume the role of Camp Director as needed or in their absence Participate in water activities in and around the pool Perform other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Must be at least 15 years of age Be able to work a whole camp week, Monday through Friday, 8:

15p, from Mid-June to Mid- August Candidate must be enthusiastic, outgoing, and have a willingness to learn Reliable transportation Must have the ability to lift 50 lbs.
