Job Description:
Ensure incoming funds are received and recorded correctly and timely in order to support the cargo release and collection process Ensure that checks and funds are verified, tallied, and deposited into the correct bank accounts on a daily basis Execute and ensure cashier processes are completed per company and audit requirements Communicates effectively and professionally to colleagues and customers Ensure colleagues and customer inquiries and emails are attended to timely Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and best practices Receiving and sorting of original documents Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
High school diploma Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Team Player Impeccable customer service skills Sense of Urgency is a must! Accurate, Reliable, and Accountable Knowledge in Excel Knowledge of GoFreight software is a plus Fluent in English Fluent in Chinese or Mandarin is a plus.
