Your primary responsibility is to ensure that children have a positive and memorable experience while exploring and playing in our indoor playground facility.
You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized play area, monitoring children's activities, and facilitating a variety of fun and age-appropriate games and activities.
Responsibilities:
Supervision and Safety:
Monitor children's activities to ensure a safe and secure play environment.
Enforce safety rules and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
Actively supervise play areas to prevent rough play or inappropriate behavior.
Customer Interaction:
Provide excellent customer service by assisting parents and guardians with any inquiries or concerns.
Foster a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for families visiting the indoor playground.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding their children's activities and behavior.
Facility Maintenance:
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the indoor playground, including play structures and surrounding areas.
Conduct regular safety inspections of play equipment and report any issues to management.
Restock supplies and perform routine cleaning tasks throughout the day.
Activity Facilitation:
Plan and organize age-appropriate games and activities for children.
Engage children in interactive play and encourage participation in group activities.
Ensure a positive and inclusive atmosphere for children of all ages and abilities.
Emergency Response:
Be familiar with emergency procedures and protocols, including first aid and CPR.
Respond quickly and appropriately in case of accidents, injuries, or emergencies.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Previous experience working with children in a recreational or educational setting is preferred.
Communication Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially when interacting with children and their parents.
Adaptability:
Ability to adapt to different situations and handle unexpected challenges.
Physical Fitness:
Must be able to stand for extended periods and engage in physical activities with children.
Team Player:
Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for visitors.
