Duties - Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office - Schedule and confirm patient appointments using dental software systems such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or eClinicalWorks - Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries or concerns - Manage patient records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations - Assist with billing and insurance claims processing - Coordinate with dental hygienists and dentists to ensure efficient patient flow - Maintain a clean and organized reception area Experience To be successful in this role, you should have the following
Qualifications:
