We train and oversee a team within each church that educates, supports, and provides resources for their church.
Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for an Operations Manager to be an independent contractor at Domestic Kindness located in Diamond Bar, CA (near Los Angeles), with flexibility for remote work.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the organization's daily operations.
This person connects and integrates people, teams, and systems within the company.
The Operations Manager will facilitate projects and initiatives across departments, work with senior management in identifying and executing operational improvements, and develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure optimal performance and quality of work.
Responsibilities:
Set up and oversee management systems Manage and improve operational practices Provide daily operations oversight (management of jobs and workers) Formalize policies and procedures Break goals down into tasks
Qualifications:
Previous experience in managing all operations and facets of a business or organization Expert at keeping all employees accountable and goal-focused Strong leadership qualities Ability to resolve conflicts and prioritize tasks Ability to communicate and interact efficiently with cross-functional and collaborative teams Ability to work independently and take initiative in identifying areas of improvement and implementing solutions Experience with non-profit organizations or social enterprises is a plus Strives to embody the core values of Domestic Kindness - Servant-minded, Holy Spirit-led, Committed, Kind to all Exhibits a strong Christian faith through daily Bible reading, prayer, and listening to God This position will begin with volunteer status and become a paid position when there are sufficient funds.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
