Our hours are Monday - Friday from 10:
00am - 6:
30pm and we will provide training.

Responsibilities:
Be the welcoming face of PFS to people that call on the phone and walk in the front door Establish working relationships with clients, potential clients, and companies we represent on the phone and email Supporting teammates with anything that may allow them to be efficient Promptly respond to client needs either on the phone or electronically Check mailbox in lobby and distribute mail Order and restock breakroom and office supplies Post on Social Media (IG, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn) Assist with other office duties as they arise and are needed
Qualifications:
Friendly voice and pleasant tone over the phone and in person Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Must type at least 55 WPM accurately, you will be tested Proficient with Google Docs, Gmail, Microsoft Word and Excel Organized, structured, punctual and will follow the rules Patient, respectful, reliable, trustworthy, friendly, supportive, articulate, kind, ethical and honest Wages and
