Duties will include:
Organize and maintain paperwork, and files Answer Telephone Calls to back up other staff Light Book Keeping Attend and participate in training programs as required.
Handle Social Media (face book, Twitter, Instagram, etc) Experience & skills you need:
College diploma, or the equivalent experience.

year of office experience.
Strong communications and organizational skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Word and Excel.
Experience managing social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).

Skills in social media copywriting with a good eye for community content Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends.
Must be dependable and not have personal issues affecting dependability of being at work--no drama Need someone who can be assertive or aggressive with getting things done Full Time or Part-time (2 -3 days a week).
