Service Managers must:
Be energetic, hard-working and ethical.
Understand and follow company strategies and policies.
Be physically able to lift 70 lbs.
and endure continuous crouching, bending and turning.
Be able to endure long periods of standing.
Possess a valid California Driver's License and must be insurable under our automobile insurance.
Have the willingness and ability to perform tire repairs, replacements and oil changes.
Conduct themselves in a professional manner and helps create a positive work environment.
